激光鍍膜　Laser Coating

通過PVD鍍膜設(shè)備，在透明載體材料（例如PET）上施加薄層，將這些附有PVD涂層的薄膜覆蓋在產(chǎn)品表面上，然后通過低能量激光的光束，可選擇性的將PVD涂層轉(zhuǎn)移到產(chǎn)品表面，從而使產(chǎn)品表面具有新薄膜的優(yōu)異性能，如顏色變化、加強強度、抗腐蝕、荷葉效應(yīng)、導(dǎo)電性等。

Using the PVD coating equipment, a thin layer is applied on the transparent carrier material, e.g. PET. These films with PVD coating are covered on the product’s surface, with the low energy of laser beam, the PVD coating can be selectively transferred to the product surface, so that the product’s surface has the excellent performance of new film, such as color change, strength enhancement, corrosion resistance, lotus leaf effect, electrical conductivity, and so on.
